Looking for Enchanting addon.

I saw an addon a while back that added a Vellum button to the Enchanting window. Does anybody know what this is?

no but i wouldnt mind taking a look at it once its found
almost all of my enchants go on vellums either for the AH or to mail to an alt

OCES provides a button in your tradeskill window to directly create enchantment scrolls. Also displays the number of enchanting vellums in your inventory on it.
