Shannox stealth buff?

My guilds trying H Shannox tonight and I'm seeing Jagged tear lasting 30sec. I seem to remember it being 25 last time we killed him and I found a vid from 3 days ago ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bk4ja9aIpU0 ) in which its 25 seconds. Its likely that either that video was recorded some time ago or it was a stealth nerf.

Does anyone recall Blizz buffing it in the last month or is it possible it was a stealth buff with this mornings maintenance?

It was definitely 30 seconds when I tanked it last week.
