Hehe :) Well, to be honest, I wasn't thinking from E4aE's point of view at all, only from the aspect of Judgement being totally useless there ^^

I was confused, as you were respoding to someone saying E4aE is way better than imp judgement, with "if your tanking Baleroc, sure".
Sure, imp judgement IS totally useless there, but so is E4aE.

Eye for an Eye is pretty good on Majordomo. It was 3.3% of my damage done on him this week.

I understand that there's a compelling argument for E4aE when we're discussing boosting total damage output over the course of a fight, but, taking your Majordomo log Kihra even though E4aE contributed 3.3% of your damage done it only procced 10 times in a 6:51 length fight.

I'm not sure how useful a threat-spike equivalent to about 1.5 crusader strikes that happens on average every 36 seconds is from a TPS perspective. I suppose if you really valued the bonus damage that much (or are that intent on pursuing minor threat gains) it outweighs Judgements but I for one really like the flexibility having the long-range Judgement gives. I suppose if I still ran Prot/Prot specs like back in WotLK I'd have one with E4aE and one without and use the E4aE spec on fights where I never need the ranged judgement or whatever, but these days I need a Ret spec for flexibility's sake in our 10 mans and it's not an option.

Yeah, I run dual Prot specs (one with Eye for an Eye and one without).

My guild is starting to work on Rag and I was wondering if and/or how E4E might work on him?

I do the same. If you don't need the Judgement range, then why not take some free damage? There is no significant opportunity cost for E4E in this case.

It does procc on several stuff there.
I know it can procc on Burning wound, but i think its only on the application or smth, as it doesnt procc all that ofthen, but yes it does procc.
Also on Hand of Ragnaros.
And you do damage to raggy if it proccs on the lavabolts in the intermission phases.
Doesnt do a whole lot in p2 more that burning wound.
And P3 he spends more time casting than hitting the tanks, so pretty booring there aswell.
Altho its a good alternative for imp judgement for that fight, as imp judgement is pretty wasted there imo.
All in all, it ends up doing like 110k dmg or so (roughly 200dps).
