Firelands dailies, how many toons will you do them on?

So was thinking... how many of us are going to spend how much time doing those dailies?

One. I resent having to do them on just my main, far less trudging through the multiple times for my alts. I already feel compelled to run heroics for VP on my alts to speed up the acquisition of BoE gear for my main, I'm not going to bother with extra dailies too.

If my main now wasn't a hunter who wants the pets in the zone plus the engineering pattern, I wouldn't do them on any toon. But I have to at least do the early ones so I can get access to the zone, and I'll want to be able to make the scope, so yeah, I'll need to do them.

Since I don't have a BS, I don't see any other reason to go through a month of dailies.

None. I have no interest in them, there's no loot I want, and I hate grinding dailies.

Right now I'm doing them on 3 toons:

My main, just because
My tank/BS for the patterns
My Mage/Tailor for the patterns

I do have a Hunter/Alch, but I don't know if its worth it for a toon I only rarely play with.

I need to finish whatever I can before I go for vacation in 2 1/2 weeks, So I may not unlock the vendors prior to heading out and may therefore miss some AH opportunities, but oh well.

Two - my Paladin because I still think of him as my main despite not being my raiding toon, and my Shaman for the gear upgrades as we start working on Firelands (there's a good Relic I can use while saving valor for tier, for example).

I'll probably dip into them on and off, maybe picking it up more later, on my Mage.

Paladin and a sprinkling of Druid, later on I may add my hunters or rogue when I've geared the first two as far as I can go/get bored.

So one and a half.

until I unlock more "all" of them being my three paladins and my hunter. After that I'll sort out who does what. Main raiding toon will do them all for the mount and the title, the Flamebreaker is a pretty awesome title. The blakcsmith alt-tank might do more to unlock patterns, who knows.

Although there's probably loot that would be nice to have for me (let alone my alts), I hate grinding dailies so much I won't touch these with a 10ft pole.

Probably a silly question but do you need to do any of the 4.2 quests to gain access to the Firelands raid instance? I was just watching a Youtube video on the daily quests and on the map, it showed the area in the Firelands that is behind where the raid instance portal would be in the raid map. Made me wonder if access to that portal needed to be unlocked in any way.

You don't need any quest , as the Fireland raid is the big building in Mount Hyjal.


And, not bothering at all. Too much of a hassle for gear that is surpassed in raid.
I may do them just for the Flaming Hyppogryph on main, but that's it.

Probably only do them on my pally and shaman.

My lock can use next to nothing from the vendors gear wise and after spending six months grinding rep via dailies on 5 toons I'm pretty much sick of daily quests in general.
