Yes and No. The only folks who really need to go in and gain that rep are BS, Eng, Hunters, and toons that want/need the 365 gear. (In my case it will just be my hunter-engineer.)

Yes. The speculation is that more rep is coming from the boss kills, so that gear and the other patterns may be in short supply.

Again, Blizz stated that they didn't want the rep to be trash-farmable, but loot is a different matter. I'll be getting in if I see one however, because I'll want the xbow and polearm.
