Horde-side has one guild past TK/SSC. One.

And a "good DPS'er" in most guilds is in the 500-600 DPS range.

1 guild Hordeside has killed Illidan. 1 guild Allianceside in BT/MH only after Kael was nerfed and no it isn't my guild. In my guild, we enjoy get wtfpwned by Mag.

I'm going to give things a little longer to see if we can start pushing progression. I hate the idea of leaving this server where I know so many people. And at this point, I'd think most guilds have their Prot Paladin.
