Number 999 in queue with over 80% of the stock left on Saturday. I think I'll be there this year.

edit: I'm in! What hotel should I aim for? I stayed at a friend's place last year but he moved to France for a couple of years (work).

You still got another shot on Wed. And the good news is that there will be less people trying to get tickets. Don't look at ebay until the next batch is sold out.
