pre-pot with a count down for bosses?

Not sure what kind of tank you run with,

but i use GoatK on pull, AW+Zea 10 seconds after for STR buff uptime, and in those 20 seconds i run up to 65k DPS according to WoL and inevitably overaggro even the best tanks out of there. Salvation hardly does anything when 2% of your threat is almost nothing (on the pull), and glyphed salvation only means you will overaggro 10 seconds later.

This ofc doesn't happen if theres 3+ misdirects available, which almost never was the case in my last 3 guilds as rogues, hunters and warlocks apparently have been removed from the game.

Hmm, we do have quite a few MD's. and I'm not 100% sure what tanyn does on pulls, but our logs are here.

Well since the release of Cata in all the guilds I've been in, apparently Rogues and Hunters have been removed from the game, hence the threat issues on the pull for about anyone without a threat dump.

Possibly recruiting 1 extremely attractive female draenei ret pally. Would need to be attractive enough to unseat uglier 5 year raid veterans, apply in PM with pictures and seductive prose.

That being said, assuming you have hunters in the raid this thread is dumb. If you (OP) are too lazy or important to do something as simple as count down before you hit a button, kindly sit on your hands while someone else counts down before misdirecting the boss to you. You'll get a stronger misdirect that way too.

Fun things happens when you forget Growl on your pet on and the pet does more threat than your misdirect. I may or may haven't cleaved a raid a few times like that on my hunter.
