Portal 2
I want to get it... but I am not yet convinced (I'm really cheap and would rather not spend $40 on a PC game, don't want it on console).
I really loved the first one because of it being more of a puzzle game and not a pewpew killing bitches shooter. How is the second one compared to it? Also is there anyone who bought the PS3 one that got the free copy of the PC one that they would be willing to sell me for cheap?

I havent played Portal 2 yet but I saw this review

Seems like it is mostly the same idea with the puzzles so that is good

If I decide to pick it up, I'll grab it on the PS3 and you can have the PC copy for free, mew. I wouldn't be using it, after all.

If anyone else is grabbing the PS3 version and doesn't want their PC version, this poor man would gladly use it to a full extent!

Woo
Awesome! Just keep me updated. I really wouldn't mind paypaling you like $10 or something if you would like.
Anyone know how the co-op works between systems? For a little while I was debating getting the PS3 one so I could force Vanifae to play with me on PS3 while I played on PC, but then I heard that you might not be able to co-op between systems.

I don't know how it works exactly, but I'd be surprised if you can just give away one of the two versions like that.

You can in fact co-op between systems but if you plan to do that, don't sell your PS3 disc. The code lets you link a Steam account to a PSN account, from what I understand.

I don't want to play.

How is it? I ended up saving my dough for The Witcher 2, but I rreeeeaaallly want to see where the story goes! Luckily I think my roommate is going to buy it on 360; it's no PC version but I think it'll do.

I wouldn't get your hopes up mew, I'll have to play through the first one and see if I like it before buying the second. And I've got a pretty considerable backlog to work through before I pick it up.

I don't really care much for most of the first person stuff, or puzzle games in general. So yeah, there's a chance I won't like Portal :p
