WoL Misses Glitch?

Hey all, was looking through the logs of a raid today to try and give some advice to our prot pally.
During the Halfus fight his damage taken from the Halfus melee attacks included 18 dodges, 25 parries, and 53 misses...was just wondering if I'm missing something that's going on or if RNG just went through the roof or what. The logs are located http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/86zz9zmy8kc71bwa/details/1/?s=1444&e=1686. Just scroll to the bottom and look at the damage taken section. This is for that fight specifically, but if you're looking through the logs and see anything I can point out to him to help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

He gets a debuff for 25% increased miss chance, so it's not so much off.
