I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum, wrong place or just wrong. but i could not find an answer anywhere (or maybe my 1 year old was too distracting and I wasn't focusing enough),

BUT (LOL)

how do you do tank simulations? i want to run a couple of my own, but I have no idea where to start. Can someone point me in the right direction (or thread if there is one)

to use MATLAB and run your own sims, the cost is like $100, if you're a student, and if you're school lets you buy it ? Something like that

Otherwise it gets very very expensive ($1000+ i think)

Matlab tries very hard to hide their pricing.....


If you just want better visuals for your tanking stats, I like Rawr, with mob set to boss level you can get an easy view at your Avoidance /(+blk)... I ask in MATLAB if i need a sim run otherwise & the community might benefit from the info.

Or you could try this. It uses the derivations Theck has posted as a model, and loads the data it needs from the armory.

But, it won't model rotations or threat. Not yet at least.
