Tankadin Weight Generator

Further improvements have been made to this. I have plans to instead convert the C# application into PHP code so that you can simply enter your character name into a webpage instead of having to download an application. If I don't do that, I'll post a revised build.

A very interesting looking app.
How is it handling on-proc effects? Are they ignored, or is the average of effect/uptime considered?

The Wowhead item filter seems to ignore proc effects.
