Preparing a raid group

I'm happy to report that we killed Magmaw tonight! It wasn't super pretty but it was a blast. Here are the numbers for it; I hope this helps other folks that are a little behind getting a start raiding this tier.

SurH 15.2k
Different UhDK 14.6k
EnhS 14.3k
ShadP 13.8k
Different ArcMage 11k (replaced a rogue and got the kill on his first pull on the boss. Comment was "what was the problem? That boss seemed easy." I tend to agree.)
SurH 9.9k (still low, but a marked improvement)
Me 5.2k (WoGing the shit out of people)
