Should I ever Reforge Mastery?

Elixir of impossible accuracy and expertise food (plus putting an expertise gem into my new patch belt socket) takes me to around 7% hit and 21 expertise. Not at soft cap but seemed enough in heroic last night with dps doing 10k, I was doing 7k and holding threat fine – not too many miss/parry/dodges on bosses as before. So I won’t be reforging mastery, just spending lots on Elixirs.
