Trying to end it quick, eh? Probably a good idea, actually...

Anyway, would anyone be interested in a post-mortem analysis/chess lesson, or would nobody care?

Hm... I overlooked something... oh well, too late now I guess...

Unless of course I edit before Invis sees it >.>

Edit: I will refrain from doing so unless Invis allows it though.

Sidenote: I've been told I have a killer endgame... my midgame still needs more work though (as is probably noticed above).

Editing command posts is strictly prohibited. Hitting "Submit" is the same as taking your hand off the piece.
Don't worry, I lost a knight that way too.

That's not where I moved the queen by the way, not really making a difference for the next move, but just saying.

That's kind of what I figured, which is why I didn't do it, and commented that unless you approved it, it wouldn't happen. I was less concerned about the loss of the bishop than the fact you COULD have had checkmate.

About time!

Didn't matter, other moves were no better.

I am curious, however, to what both you and fivelives saw a bit earlier in the game that was good for Black. That game had been hopeless for a long time - I certainly didn't see anything there.

Anyway, if anyone is interested in learning a bit and improving their game, I can do a post-mortem analysis, probably tonight. Let me know if that would be worthwhile or if it'd just be a waste of effort.
