That's kind of what I figured, which is why I didn't do it, and commented that unless you approved it, it wouldn't happen. I was less concerned about the loss of the bishop than the fact you COULD have had checkmate.

About time!
Didn't matter, other moves were no better.
I am curious, however, to what both you and fivelives saw a bit earlier in the game that was good for Black. That game had been hopeless for a long time - I certainly didn't see anything there.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in learning a bit and improving their game, I can do a post-mortem analysis, probably tonight. Let me know if that would be worthwhile or if it'd just be a waste of effort.
