Word of Glory mechanics

As I recall, Blizzard posted that Word of Glory scales with the higher of SP or AP, so as to still be useful to all specs. I haven't been able to find said Blizzard post though due to screwy search mechanics/lack of familiarity with the new forums. I also haven't been able to definitively find confirmation here on maintankadin.

Could we get such confirmation, and hopefully a link?
