Cancel Bubble macro

I tried using a

/cancelaura Divine Shield
/cast Divine Shield

but doesn't seem to work.... I get bubble up, but the cancelaura effect doesn't work..

Are you just hitting it once? You have to hit it a couple times for it to cancel.
