Looking for raiding guild on a new server.

I am soon going to transfer to a new server as the one I am on has very little togetherness, as there are really only 4, maybe 5, guilds that have cleared past 6/12 ICC 10 man normal mode.

As server doesn't necessarily determine skill, I would like to add that I feel myself to be a very decent tank. This of course is only personal observation and experience from running with other tanks, and watching them fail at less than where I have prevailed.

Enough trying to sell myself though.
I am a Protection Paladin, Blood Elf.

I am willing to transfer servers, and am open minded about maybe faction changing.

I should also note that I do keep a full time job, with the occasional overtime that I am aware of at least 2 weeks in advance, and I don't get home till around 6 pm Pacific time. After that I am free for 3-4 hours of raiding. Weekends are also wide open.
