Raid marking - Icon texture's

Hi,

Marking hasn't been necessary in WOTLK and im happy to see it coming back in cata , gone will be the days of mindless AE grinding.

Unfortunately its been a while, when last I've used my marking macro's and I plan on setting up my macro's for marking on an bar generated with bartender, and keybind them to my gamepad G13.

However I would like some visual reference on those macro's that resemble the Raid icon's, especially in the beginning when I'm sill relearning where they R situated on the bar.

After looking I found that there aren't any raid icon textures in the macro menu and thus I'm looking for someone that could point me where I can find some or perhaps can find another solution ?

or perhaps a visual addon that also give option to keybind the different icons ? Preferably an addon that I can rescale and put close to my other bars and thus "assimilate" ?

The raid markers are all different colors.

Macro icons come in all different colors.

hm, maybe I didn't clarify what I'm looking for ?

OK new attempt. I need the Icon texture's from the Raid icons ( skull , moon star ect ) preferably in 32x32 format or 64x64. This will allow me to personalize the Macro icon's as the raid icons aren't included normally ...

I realize I could take any of the other icons but as they wouldn't be same as the raid icons they could give or form confusion while using them until I've learned to do em without visual que's.

The raid markers aren't in the icon list for macros and I don't think you can import other icons, so you'll have to do as Invis suggested : just use another icon with the same color.

Not sure if this still works, but check this guide on how to add custom icons for macro's.
And here's an image of the markers I found on google.
It's been a while since I've used that and at work so can't test it myself.

I'm at work myself so cant try it out but this is what i wanted ...

I remember a post a long time ago about creating a folder so you could add icons. but didn't know how to do the resize stuff not into all that CG stuff

but this is basically what i wanted

Hi, bit of a thread necro but I use the following addon for marking

add and remove spaces http : // wow.curse . com/
downloads/wow-addons/details/quick-mark.aspx

It gives you a small box gui in game that allows you to mark whatever you have targeted with one click.
