this is a fantastic idea. Next patch Heroic Strike has been changed to - Boubouille's mom is a prostitute.

Meh, there have been so many changes with wild swings in direction that I'm not even watching anymore.
After I level my hunter they should be finished dinking around with pally mechanics.

What I would be impressed with is if Blizzard managed to release a bunch of changes so that the first word of each change scrolled into a rickroll.
It's probably a good thing I'm not a Blizzard developer, cause I'd be on it already ^.^

They could probably pull that off in the 4.0.3 patch notes, if they adjusted the wording(s) sufficiently.

Putting aside the misunderstanding on GbtL, it looks like most of these changes are just adjusting percentage-health abilities to compensate for the big stamina buff.

But it is odd that it is on the PTR and not the beta where the health change was implemented.
We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

I was assuming that the new PTR build would include previous beta build changes. Does it not?

As far as I know this PTR was up before the last beta push which had the health change.

This particular PTR build came after the most recent Beta build...

But the PTR and Beta has different build paths once they're up, so not every beta change is reflected in the PTR just ones moved to that branch.

There's miles of difference between providing constructive criticism on a development decision and OMGNERDRAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!!!!!
Fact of the matter is that people tend to make conclusions based on mined data...we were proven wrong already this week once when we saw that ability scaling data was mined completely incorrectly. Data mining sources can be wrong, I would save any conclusions FREAKOUTS until you see someone on here posting that they logged into Beta/PTR, and observed the changed item in practice. You save everyone /tinfoilhat time, and yourself a little heartache.

Interesting to see warrior's self healing was also brought down a notch.
Not surprised however, my friend was telling me he was low level tanking thru RFK as a Fury, with two one-hand maces.
* Blood Craze now regenerates 1/2/3% of your total health over 5 sec, down from 2.5/5/7.5%.
