Dual Tankadin Leveling?

I notice that it's a lot easier to do high dps as a tank in 5s than as ret (level 44 atm). I am leveling with a second paladin. We're both prot MS and ret OS (I'm changing to holy when I stop trusting random healers); however, until then, is there a problem doing dps in 5s as prot because of the higher dps? (whenever we're tanking whoever is tanking is about 100-200 dps over the next highest dps (who is the other pally, followed by everyone else)).

I don't see why it would be a problem since the "non-tank" would basically simply be acting as a melee DPS. I would, however, make sure that only the person actually tanking put Righteous Fury on in general. I imagine it'll make your healer's job easier and less confusing with just one main target to heal for the most part. =)
