All of the accounts have been accepted and promoted now, except for "KierlyMT" who is already in another guild.

Re: A call to arms - Beta/PTR parses on WoL
Bah - my enterprise proxy won't let the client connect to World of Logs to upload the combat log. *wishes the world of log client would get proxy settings options*
Not that it had good data. For the life of me, I couldn't find a boss level dummy that wasn't being hit by people in the PTR. The best I could find was the lvl 80 dummy -- and then my parse got interrupted with the elements invasion -- apparently, I still got splash damage on my dummy.
EDIT: Finally got the log up, used the boss' unfiltered IP, but I think something went wrong with my log.

Name: Superpaper
Male BE. Using only the Dalaran Sword and http://cata.wowhead.com/item=2451 because I wanted to be pretty.
0/34/0 Spec (No EG, no GbtL)
Went in streaks of using only HotR for several minutes and CS for several minutes as well. Also several minutes of only 1HoPow ShoR, then 2HoPow ShoR and 3HoPow ShoR.
And I just realized I shouldn't have -- WoLogs can't tell apart 1HoPow ShoR from 3HoPow ShoR. I'll make separate logs later tonight once I get home and get on the PTR again.

Does he respawn fast? Is he unkillable? Also, how low level you want the weapon? Below 2.0 secs I imagine.

Suffice to say that it's a good target dummy, even better than Thrym in some aspects.

Re: A call to arms - Beta/PTR parses on WoL
sounds good. Now as for the weapon, something below 2.0 secs? what level would be good, below 50? would 10 mins per seal suffice?

Something like Tomahawk. The time isn't all that relevant, watch out for the Reck procs. However, if you plan to AFK your way through - yeah, about 5-10 mins per seal.

Same talent spec (but skip EG and GbtL), no glyphs, no buffs, naked with a Dalaran Sword. If you need a shield to use ShoR (tooltip doesn't say so, but it may still need one), grab any white vendor shield (i.e. no stats but armor).
Gather data for each damaging ability we have on a dummy, sample sizes of 50-100 would be good. Try to find a secluded dummy somewhere that doesn't have %damage taken debuffs on it.
Does have to be heroic dummy or can it be a 60/70 level?

Male BE lvl 80 Paladin (PTR)
0/34/0 Spec (No EG/No GbtL)
Weapon: Tomahawk ilvl 4 - 4.0 dmg - 1.7 Speed
Stats
1361 Str
92 Agi
2594 Stam
101 Int
103 Spirit
Hit 119 (3.87)
Crit 2.42%
Expertise 10
Mastery 17,72
Armor: 24591
Dodge: 729 (18.83%)
Parry: 729 (18.41%)
Block: 40.43%
10 mins logs of SoT, SoT (2nd Parse)], SoI, SoR, SoJ.
Redid the SoT log. I must say that Reckoning feels awfully streaky. I could get it two times in a row and not get it again for 40 secs.
Done for the Night. Let me know if you guys need me to redo the logs with the same stats or you guys want me to change something.

Klaudandus : Reckoning procs are not normalized. They can proc all seals, and they can refresh Censure.

Anything else? Want more logs like that or would you rather have me do something else.
Just noticed I linked the SoJ log to the 2nd SoT log. here's the right log again, tho you probably figured it out already
