Crits and..non-uncrittable?

He was crit tonight on al'ar. One time occurrence, however, he was still crit.

I've noted very, very rare crits - but they are still crits - that are happening. I also noted crits above the possible "randomness" threshhold pre-expack, and have been noticing them every so often.

I at one time was a proponent of "Crits are impossible to completely push off the table", and have begun to slowly believe it more. Thoughts? Looking for some feedback here, because I'm LOOKING at the crit right now.

There is a mob in Blackrock Depth who has an ability granting 100% chance for the next hit to crit.

I think noradin is on track with that. It is most likely an ability the boss has that just isn't listed because it's so rarely seen. That's the only explanation I could see being viable.

Al'ar doesnt have an auto-crit ability though.

why is this? did he completely unbind the key?

As with most of these threads, there's not much that can be said beyond throwing out the usual culprits (e.g. bumping the sit key) without more information. Movies, screenshots, WWS reports...there's not a lot to discuss without any more information about what happened.

I've been crit once in awhile myself, Dorvan.

But it's so obscenely rare that there is no way to accurately record it via movies/etc..

(And please, if one person suggests "OMG, you must have SIT!", I'll kill you. I don't even use my keyboard to play WoW, and what I do use to play WoW (n52) does not even have a sit key bound.)
