Everything is banned. The only ones that work is when people upload to their own web sites. Which like... two people on this board have.

I can't decide if you've shamed TTGL or made it better.

A long time ago, I scanned the drawing I made when I was designing my wife's and my wedding rings. It's been my background for four+ years now.

The image (basically):

The desktop:

Yes, I really do have a normal monitor + a widescreen monitor in portrait mode. The seam in the middle is an artifact of choosing center vs tile, or some shit... I forget. Normally Emacs covers my entire right screen so I don't notice it. ;) At home, I have the same wallpaper, though I don't bother to hide the desktop icons there.

Given how messy it is, I'd suggest that "Spawn more Overlords!" is more appropriate. ;)

I was going to say Spawn more Overlords, but it didn't make much sense to spawn overlords to increase your house size. Pylons pull double duty increasing base size and letting you manufacture more units.

I used to really enjoy having a nice eyecandy wallpaper until I realized that I never actually saw the wallpaper.

Like, I used to use programs like Glass2k under Win2K to make everything transparent so I could see the background, until I started going crosseyed trying to read code on top of the transparency.

I've since opted for a simple black->blue fade, but I'll probably just get rid of that too.
