Herald of the Titans gear audit mod?

Is there such a thing for vetting everyone's gear? I've heard so many conflicting statements regarding what gear is valid and what isn't.

pretty sure there was a blue post confirming what you can and cannot use on this. i saw it within wowhead for the achievement itself i believe.
