Fractured recruiting good active tanks

Good evening,
First of all let me introduce myself
My ingame name is Nevertheless and I'm the maintank of Fractured, a Pve guild on the realm <Bloodscalp> EU. We have several server firsts in Ulduar,CC 25 and ICC
Our progress:
-Ulduar 25:fully cleared with proto drakes
-CC 25:Normal and heroic fully cleared, heroic with 25 attempts and 45 are inc soon.
-ICC 25:Cleared 8 bosses so far in ICC 25 and currently progressing on Blood Queen with several 10% tries.
Everything is cleared in 10 mans offcourse.
Raiding times
Raiding times are GMT+1
Sunday-Thursday:19:30-23:30
Friday,Saturday:10 man's
What I am looking for
However i am still looking for very good active skilled tanks to fill those strongly needed spots. Doesn't matter wich class aslong as you can agree with some terms
-You will maintain a very good attendancy
-You will read up on tactics
-You will come prepared for raids with foods and flasks and a good mood
-If there are unforseen things happening in Real Life you will let me know . Don't just go afk for 1 week, cause you will end up being kicked or demoted.
-You will fight to earn your Maintank spot and will keep fighting for it, or you will loose it to someone else.
These rules might be a bit high for some tanks that are actually interested in a spot, if it is, it won't be wise to apply cause you will end up with a failed trial. You will have a responsible role and very important. I only want tanks where I can count on.
