Seal of Corruption (Vengeance) vs. Seal of Command

I know there are benefits to both, but what do you guys think the best seal for ICC is? On one hand, I think SoV; because HoR and the AoE will put DoTs up... Then... I like SoC because of the great cleave and insta-threat.

Just looking for thoughts or experiences.

Theck did all of the relevant assessments for the comparison between SoV and SoComm in this thread.

Also, the TLDR is unless you are tab targeting and keeping the stacks of vengeance/blood corruption, up then SoComm is superior for three or more mobs.
