What you have now should be very good. SoC is very good for heroics and you have that so there really isn't much else you can do without sacrificing survivability. Some tanks on these boards have so much high level gear that they don't need the survivability and can have a "heroics" spec that sacrifices utility and survivabilty for dps because they take so little damage in heroics that you don't notice a big difference.
