Dodge & Parry Rating Conversions

Been trying to find a formula to calculate dodge and parry before DR. I cant seem to get it right. Anyone able to help me out?

In my gear I have my 717 defense rating which should equal 5.8% of both. With talents that equals 15.8% of both. Its the rating conversions after that which throw me off. I have 42 agi (already subtracted base) and 546 dodge rating. I have the dodge conversion set to 45.25 which is what I found it to be and it converts the rating to 12.07 just like my char sheet says it does. So total its coming out to 27.87 without agility which is almost 2% higher than it should be. With the agi to dodge number I could find (52.08 per 1%) I have .81 dodge from agi. Similar for parry: 45.25 = 1% I have 404 rating so 8.93%

Where is my math wrong? Im guessing its mostly in the defense conversion but I cant figure it out after a few hours of searching the web.

The hover over dodge/defense shows the dodge/dodge from def gained before DR. The ~3% difference you are getting is the diminished amount.

Does the char sheet non mouse over show dodge/parry after DRs?

The numbers on the "defenses" tab is already diminished. The number on their mouseover tooltips isn't.

The totals that are displayed under the defenses tab do, but the values on the hover over do not.
