[FOS] hunter advantage
So whenever I'm tanking heroics my wife usually is running along with her hunter dps, it's nice cause she can crank out the dps while also helping me with MD to keep random dps, who can't target a skull, alive. Anyways we discovered by accident during running out to reset on the first boss in FOS, after the healer and caster dps died, that if a hunter FD's when he tried to drain her soul it will stop the cast. We now use it every time, and I pray he targets her. I tried to see if a mage's ice-block works the same but not sure if the caster just didn't do it fast enough, or it didn't work. Definitely makes the fight a lot smoother not having to kill as many soul orbs. Also the orb is vulnerable to the hunters speed reducing trap. My wife throw it down in front of the orb and I'l kite the boss over it multiple times to keep the orb from catching up.

Thanks for the tip. Quite honestly, I never thought of doing this, but it makes sense. It'll make my gearing up runs on my hunter a little bit easier.
Now if only FD could shorten the queue times for DPS.

Someone mentioned to me in my last run that effects like that worked, but I haven't tried ones other than seeing people FD. I was also told you can Feign out of Mirrored Soul

Yes, you can definitely feign out of mirrored soul. The trick is to realise you have been targetted quickly enough to do it before all the DPS kills you in 1.5 seconds.

I just spam nourish on the skull lol.
And kiting the first boss away from the orb makes things a lot more casual.
