apparently i forgot to mention this before..
Pre-interupts no longer work, however they are replaced by something even cheesier; POST-interrupts.
Apparently their brilliant solution to stopping people pre-interrupting heals was to just more the duration of the shield forward like half a second, without extending it's duration. This means that you can completely ignore shields, and just use your interrupt in the last 0.5 seconds of the cast because the shield will drop early before the heal finishes.
