Indeed, my experience so far has been the same...it's rarely more than 3% mitigation on trash and farmed bosses, but then, that's exactly the time it's not designed to be useful.

Kael'thas this week, on the other hand, should be a much better test.

in heroic ramps it was fairly useless.

In AB i was getting it as high as 16% and a few averted deaths. will be testing it on non-farmed stuff this weekend.
