Addons for longer than 255 char macros?

I've tried Super Duper Macro for longer macros but the #showtooltip doesnt work, and I've tried Macaroon and while I've been able to create the button with the macro, for some reason I am unable to drag it into any of the bars...

Anyone has any recommendations?

I know that with the new Secure Frames feature you cannot execute a macro of more than 255 characters that casts spells or does other combat actions while in combat.

I haven't bothered with long macros in a while though, so I can't really give you any good info. What are you trying to do? Boss strats?
