to un-bind caps lock from locking caps only while WoW is maximized?

i want to bind some stuff to caps+[key] and dont want to be constantly turning caps lock on and off, but still want it to do its job when im not in WoW.

The best you can do is remap CAPS LOCK to another key... which requires registry editing... You can easily google 'registry edit caps lock ctrl'... not sure if there are other 'here you go' registry edits listed out there.

That reminds me, I currently have AS bound to alt-1, which is dangerously close to alt-tab. There have been some...interesting....incidents, I really need to change that

When healing in arena once, I thought it was a good idea to put Holy shock
bound to the F4 key. In the moment of heat, I tried to holy shock myself, pushing alt+f4. My team-mates were like wtf, and had some good laughs on
vent. Think we lost that one as well :s
