Hey guys, Ive got a couple of macro requests as I have no idea how to do them apart from simple ones. I did search for these on the webby but I dont beleive either is covered in the sticky. If they are please lock this thread.

First of all I want a macro that targets Attumen when he spawns. He spawned right on top of Midnight last time and was hard to get away from the off tank. Also if it could target Attumen then pop an excosism on him that would be even cooler.

Second I want a macro that reports on raid/party chat who I am ressing when I res them.

On an slightly off topic a guy in my guild had some sort of macro or mod that came reported who he was ressing but also came out with a different line each time. For example he would res me and say 'Whats that smell? Something smells........oh Ubung' and then he would res someone else and it would say 'Sorry but I was busy tanking <player name>'. There were loads of these funny little lines whenever he ressed and they were really funny. Has anyone heard of something like this? Im leaning towards thinking its a mod as a macro can only have so many characters.

for the rez one, i dont think it will say who you are ressurecting if the person released. and i havent tested either of these i think they are right tho

If you're just clicking on the corpse, no, it probably won't.

But if you click on the character portrait in party, it should target that player, and the macro should fire.

There is a mod I am using called SpeakeasyGui which attatches sayings and emotes to spells or events. For example, when I summon my charger, it has a 50% chance of saying "Yeah, its got a hemi..."

The mod itself is based on a roll system of 1-1000. You can set it so that if it rolls between 1-100 out of 1-1000 then it will say whatever you want. I also have my Righteous Defense macro'd to /chicken when I use it. Theres nothing quite like tanking Epoch Hunter and flapping my arms and clucking to pull him off the healer, lol...

Excellent XXLANKYXX thats what im looking for. Thanks a lot for your help. I love the idea of clucking like a chicken when taunting, I wouldnt have thought of that. Now all I need is a bunch of funny things to say when I res.

The basic "ressing %t" does the trick tbh... but I'm a whiner

I kinda agree with you here, I think it could become annoying once you'd heard each line 2 or 3 times but thats why Im asking for more. The guy I knew had absolutely loads of these things so it did stay fresh. Thanks for leaving one anyway
