Hi Everyone
This is my first post and I am glad I found this Forum, its been great to see all of the pali tanks uniting to help eachother and this site is much more useful than the WoW Pali Forums

The Curator gave my raid a few issues until we found the correct placement for our group makeup. I have not seen many posts about this strat so I figured I would share it.

Our MT for the Curator is a Warrior.
I am the OT/Soaker - 270 Arcane resist
I Judge JoW and use Seal of vengence/JoW along with Consecrate on every flare. Gear wise besides the Arcane gear I wear DPS items and trinkets. I also cast AW about 5 secs before the evo so it is done right when the Evo stage ends so I dont pull ago and can still do the max amount of dmg.

When we pull the Curator we place him on the top of one of the diamonds ont he floor and we group everyone else on the opposite side of that diamond just out fo melee range.

I am positioned between the group and the curator so my AOE can hit the Curator and the flares when they come.

Due to this positioning I can not only stay at the number 2 threat position but I can help out on DPS ing the flares without running around adn melee have a much easier time gettign to the Curator during his evo stage.

The other benefit of this positioning is I usually take one of the 3 chains of arcane dmg from each flare and with all of my resist it does minimal dmg to me but saves one of the other raid members from being hit.

We tried the spread out version and about three other strats till we finally tired this and it made the fight extemely easy for us.

Hope this helps some of you out there if you have any issues and are looking for a different strategy.

Sure I use all of the crafted gear from Scryer rep that I had crafted for me. I also use the cloak that is craftable from Lower City Rep with a plus 15 Arcane resist enchant on it and the arcane resist ring made by JCing.

Here is a link to it all, 217 resist total plus 25 with GoW = 242
I had some greens I was using to boost it but I replaced those with DPS gear for thsi fight so I run with that now.

All of my blue sockets have plus 12 stam in them and the yellows have plus 4 defense plus 6 stam. The reds I use plus 4 spell dmg with plus 6 stam on them. I am usually around 13k total health if I remembor correctly.
