Best TPS/DPS build on 3.2?

Hi, I thought doing this thread later but given that today is the patch's launch... here goes the question. Currently I am using the 0/53/18 build; with the changes to seal of vengeance I would like to know if this is still the best TPS build or something like this http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sVZV0tAb ... xob:RGpVcm or maybe some other build has best results (always speaking of tps/dps).
I am currently hit capped w/food and have 21 expertise w/seal on don't know if that helps something (probably i am with ret gear on armory).

SotP is not worth picking up unless your guild is still working on the early Ulduar bosses.

General Vezax has no-type, so I don't think that applies to him.

VS the general you really want 2/2 SA as well, or you will be struggling for mana

Hmm. Lore wise, he's the leader of the Ulduar Faceless Ones. Wowwiki lists him as a Humanoid (Faceless One). Wowhead and Thott list him as Uncategorized.

I completely agree with 2/2 SA on Vezax.
