This is the end credit of the same show (NSFW). I have no idea what they're drinking when they did this (the credit indicates that it's just 2 guys that did all of the end credit animation).

Yeah, the 5th National Alchemist Lab incidents is where the divergence starts. The Rush Valley storyline, Greed gang is somewhat different. Albeit, those two storyline really got compressed with the new version. But next week, you're seeing the folks from the other side of the world all looking for the same McGuffin as everyone else, and the Xing folks never show up in the first storyline.

Oh, one more bit of spoiler: All Seven Homunculi are shown in this episode.

Well having read the manga (up through current) and watched the new anime, and also watched the whole first anime series, I can honestly say I liked the first FMA anime better, even though I still love the manga to death and the new anime is growing on me.
