Mages that know how to play can be nice for annoying mobs (mobs that fear etc), +intellect and water is kind of nice to, but I never bring a Rogue to a heroic instance, they just screw things up for me more than they help.

LOL been impressing the cool kids on blackhand with my 45 min Shattered halls runs, and getting more and more invites to tank kara. WOOT

Anyway every once in a while ill throw a riad icon moon on one of the darkcasters and tell the mage to sheep it when i pull and specifically tell him to start casting sheep about 1 second after i start casting AS. Needless to say it is too hard for some of the short bus riders that play unchallenging classes and wind up having to pull the whole pack of mobs over to the darkcaster / acolyte and start spamming concecrate / righteous defense there. When i have a reeeealy good healer (the kind that proactivly heals) i just run up in th mobs and concecrate pull FTW :p

Somewhere in the second half of a run, I start letting the others pity-CC. (on runs where it isn't terribly useful) just so they don't feel like they aren't being used to their potential.
