new to Al'ar seeking a concise guide

Hi all

Having gone from tanking heroics to karazhan ive now been allowed to go in to TK in prot spec - yay me - 3rd tank on Void reaver last night, downed first kil and held my own against 2 much better geared warriors.

Now to my question - is there any single concise guide as to tactics on Al'ar using a pala tank on adds. There are lots of threads but no single concise this is how it should be setup and this is what you should do and where you should be sort of guide

Any feedback appreciated.
