Prot PvP (not healing) 3.2
God can anyone imagine using the 2 piece T8 set bonus with a couple of the BV pieces to start with?
The ones I have access to and what I'm going to use for it are the Valorous Shoulderguards and Gloves. Going to be 120 BV per item not even counting Str or Redoubt.
Vengeance going to be even more out of this world, like 3.1 Vengeance + 3.1 Martyr + 10% damage for kicks.

Don't forget 100% up time on LoO. Unfortunately I'm not having any luck with drop rates on the bv items.

ShoR damage reduced from 130% BV to 100% BV. Nothing here to get excited about. Blizzard still has not addressed prot pvp viability.

Maybe so but I'm finding that situation rare so far.
In the main I think the hardest change (mostly I feel we are buffed to be honest) will be beating down those folk stacked in Resi, not certain if it will be viable to take a healer down the way we can now (slowly, but surely
