Basically, it's exactly the same as maintanking.

Yup, an OT and MT build are the same, you can get all your basic tanking talents with LOTS of points to spare, then it's just a choice of going deeper into ret for more agro, and potentially PoJ, or spec'ing into holy, for some extra 'cooldowns.'

I'd consider picking up improved Hammer of Justice. A twenty second stun cooldown is quite useful on trash and certain fights like Freya's triple add spawn.

As an off-tank no way would I recommend going the imp lay hands approach. I don't even really like it for a MT build but I wouldn't disagree with it either. Stick to taking crusade.
