[25] Razorscale Hitbox?

Has anyone else noticed that Razorscale has an odd hitbox?
When he lands and everyone stacks up on his/her butt - you have to get in quite close to melee.
But when Kiting in phase 3, you can be a fair distance from razorscales head, yet still hit. (and even further from the body)

Yeah I noticed that last night. It seems tiny till he gets grounded.
