EH and Ulduar
My guild is a fairly small guild so we probably won't have the DPS or healing that others will have once Ulduar hits. For this reason I have been pushing my OTs in to getting high EH gear. My question is that should EH be a priority ? Have I gone about this in the wrong way?
Thanks in advance

It depends if you're doing 10 or 25 man. Last I checked, the second boss (Ignis) hits for ~12k in 10 man, but ~30k in 25. The first boss of course requires no special gear (just the highest iLvL you have). There are definitely some abilities in there which will won't be trivialised until T9, but if you can get Naxx cleared in a single night, you should gear up fast enough to start progressing through quickly enough.

High EH gear is generally a good idea for progression, and so far Ulduar is no exception. Plenty of big hits to go around there.

So far, 2 of the 4 bosses we've attempted have very real potential to 1-shot ANY of my guild's tanks. On our Razorscale clear, we had all 25 up for last 15%, but in that 15%, Razorscale 1-shot both our pally MT and our druid OT for 40-50k. He was at 2% when I taunted. Ignis can hit for just as much. Be prepared to set up a c/d cycle to burn at the beginning of each flame wall (or whatever his spell lock move is called). And I strongly suggest using a druid or dk MT.

Razorscale was probably stacking Fuse Armor on your tanks, which reduces their armor and movement speed. At 4 stacks it's pretty lethal. Make sure to switch tanks before the debuff stacks too high.

He was stacking the debuff, but the druid only had him for about 10 secs before being one shot. Still, you're right. Gotta have 2 tanks on 10 man, 3 on 25 is ideal.

Ulduar is pretty much what ratanna and i predicted in her gearing forum. Stamina is just simply the way to go, healers will be overhealing you alot anyways since you will be taking 50-60% of your hp within one hit. And if youre tanking adds like on deconstructor its also pretty much win.
No point in avoidance so far although our t8 set is full with it, at 54% pure avoidance right now.
