In both 10 and 25 man raids, even if I am MT, I let the OT tank Gluth, and either our Druid or Ret Pally assist during the Mortal Strike swap. In 10 man we dedicate one healer to me while I taunt and consecrate right in front of the grate. A hunter will drop frost traps as well. We have absolutely no trouble with this in 10 man and it allows us to down him with no more than 2 decimates.
In 25 we tried this last night, and I did need 2 healers, but it seemed easier to taunt both adds into the consecrate and use avoidance gear stay alive. as always, i use holy wrath when decimate begins to stun all of the adds and let my range dps tear them up. One shotted him.
And I consider myself a decently geared tank, but by no means am I decked out in i213's. My raid/guild seems to think this is the easiest strategy.
