Well...you're not going to get feared so Unyielding Faith is pretty unnecessary.
If you always have a ret pally covering kings, then he'll be covering HotC. Also, seeing as he's doing kings then you would be more use taking imp BoM over any points in HotC.
I'd go with:

Imp HoJ to make up the points & the extra help the stun/interrupt will give you over anything else really.

If your ret is covering kings for the raid, then I would move 2 points from Heart of the Crusader to Imp Blessing of Might since your ret pally will be doing Kings and should already have HotC.
Your 2 points in Unyielding Faith is pretty useless, as you won't be getting feared in raids at this point. Heck, I'd probably put those two points in Stoicism before Unyielding Faith - you'll be stunned (from some abom trash and such) before you're getting feared.
Imp HoJ isn't horrible either, if you want to use it to mitigate some damage on trash. If you're still gearing up and progressing, it may be marginally useful (and will be more useful than Unyielding Faith for sure).
But overall, you've got the core of the spec there. Just quibbles about your utility talents (Unyielding Faith, Guardian's Favor, and HotC).

Quick, for the sake of the city, EVERYONE tell him to spec Improved Might already.

A wise and frugal government which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government. – Thomas Jefferson

2/3 HOTC is pointless, especially with a ret pally.
Unyielding Faith is a PVP talent.
Guardian's Favor is meh but acceptable. Do you use those abilities often? Personally I'd go 1/5 Reckoning over that, which is about as pointless but more fun IMO. I never liked Hammer of Justice and usually pretend it doesn't exist; it's only good on trash and I'd rather build threat/DPS then. Well, it's good in PVP I guess.
