[10/25] Sartharion +3, avoid tank getting instagibbed

I see people say this a lot, but I've yet to observe a 'tell' as to when he is about to breathe. (I've also never done it with 3 drakes so I don't know if that makes a difference or not).

I haven't tanked Sarth the last couple of times, but if I remember right, his breaths have a cast time, just like Malygos's, so do the drakes...I think...

So you get 3? second lead time, as to when a breath is going to go off to do...something...or have someone else do...something...

Breath is a 2 sec cast, iirc bigwigs should have a cool down bar for it. Just make sure who ever is up to use their cd next is aware and ready to cast it. The MT doesnt have a whole lot to do so you can call out for them to use it or make sure everyone has Sarth set as their focus and can see his cast bar.
