Legs Comparison (REALLY confused)

I just recently got the Dragon Brood Legguards and got them enchanted with +55 stamina and +22 agility. They replaced my Bolstered Legs from VH heroic that had also +55 stamina, +22 agility and a 8 parry/12 stamina gem that completed the socket for an additional 6 stamina.

Now, mathematically, the Dragon legs have more stamina (152 base + 55 from the enchant = 207 stamina) versus the Bolstered ones (123 base +55 enchant + 12 ge + 6 socket = 196 stamina).

However, when I equip the Dragon legs I actually LOSE stamina. I go from 1957 with the Bolstered to 1934 with the Dragon ones. Can somebody please explain to me how this makes sense?

Most likely culprit is a lost meta gem bonus. Make sure that is still active.
