The List: What can I solo as a level 80 prot pally?
So - there's a lot of talk about what people are soloing... I thought it might be beneficial to get a list together of everything that's been soloed... maybe even input links to the guides/threads about soloing these, if there's a good one available...
so I'll start the list, I'll try to keep it updated as much as possible...

Sometimes get sick of ramps cash runs and have found BF easy as Holy/Ret/Prot.
Prefer holy as with sacred shield absorbing a lot I have less repairs although ret is fun for just plain old smashing.
Soloed a Pustulant giant as holy too, holy just can't do too many mobs at once as once sacred shield gets eaten.. I'm at 400 defense and in cloth lol.
I'm working on Normal MagT as well - have made it to first 4 pull
trying as ret for the first time since 80 tonight - should go pretty smoothly til vex :S

I did Kurinnaxx in AQ20 and got Ossirian to ... 70k or less. A speed enchant would be sweet
Moam shouldn't be very hard, either.
I was very disappointed when The Prophet Skeram split and started chain-casting Earth Shocks at me since I couldn't be close enough to both of them at once.

Azuregos can be soloed easily as prot and its alot of money(160ish) ,lots of BoE blue/greens and gems, even rare recipes.
To make sure the fight is "easy" you would have to do the following things:
1 - wear at last a bit of frost resist, the 3 carfted pieces from BS and aura are more than enough.
2 - take solid aggro(they will reset otherwise if you are unlucky with teleports) on 4-5mobs (giants and enraged stags are excellents for mana returing)
3)Pull azuregos and keep JoL and SoL up. Your dps is all SotR and judgements. If you use aoe abilities your adds will die and so your mana aswell, leaving you with no good dps or healing ( not casting spells = not seal of light or judgement procs) .
Posting this because i didnt see azuregos on the list but maybe someone else posted this already somewhere where i couldnt find it, in this case sorry

2nd Boss on MT is a bastard. He stuns and hits for close to 2k, three times in a row.
I've killed Lucifron, who is irritating. Double mana cost is painful.

So I've been farming the first mobs in AQ40 for mounts. There are four in total. Blue, Yellow, and Green all have purported 15% drop rates, whilst the Red one is significantly rarer at 1.5%.
There are two mobs you'll fight here, Eradicators and Sentinels.
Eradicators roam around solo and mana burn you for ~250 mana quite frequently, but their damage is so low (~400) that you can easily burn them down with SoW + JoW without dropping too low on mana (use Divine Plea on cooldown, only judge to refresh, and use ShoR + HotR, dropping HotR if you're having mana issues).
Sentinels come in packs of 4. When pulled, each will gain an ability (visible as a buff). Whenever one dies, the remaining Sentinels gain the ability of the slain one. That means you need to kill the ones with the most powerful abilities last. They enrage at 50%, gaining 70% more physical damage and 30% more attack speed. Their unenraged melee hits for ~400-500. The abilities are as follows.
Magic Reflection -- This comes in two flavour. It's like fire/frost and shadow/arcane? Or maybe fire/arcane and shadow/frost? Whatever the case there's no holy one, so these are a great candidate to kill first, since their ability is 100% useless vs you.
Thunderclap -- Hits for ~700, have never seen it leave a debuff. Pathetic damage. Kill early.
Thorns -- ~400 damage reflected. I didn't even notice it, assuming I resisted a fair amount, but again it's not even noticeable.
Shadow Storm -- I have no idea what this ability does. Kill it early.
Knockback -- Mildly annoying. Make sure it doesn't knock you outta the zone. Kill early, counter with your back to a wall.
Mana Burn -- One of the few annoying abilities, kill it towards the end if you get it. You resist a fair few of them, but if you kill a mana burn sent first and end up with 3 spamming you, you'll go oom quite fast.
Mortal Strike -- Hits for ~3k and does the usual healing debuff. Not very frequent; JoL kept me up fine.
Healing -- These ones are prettttty much impossible. ~4k healing every 3 seconds. You _CAN_ outdps it, but it takes forever.
Basically what you wanna do is use BoSanc / SoW (SoW isn't necessary with 3-4 on you, but with only 2 your mana will drop pretty fast). Judge Light, use Holy Shield, ShoR, HotR and Judgement whenever you can. Use Divine Plea if you're being mana burned. Don't bother with consecrate, it's a huge mana hog.
Kill order should basically be any non-MS/Mana Burn/Healing ones first. Then kill MS ones (you can survive 2 with MS easily enough), then Mana Burn, and finally leave healing ones for last. Once the first three are dead however, you can simply zone out, and zone back in. The last one will reset and three more will spawn, all with new abilities.

A note on the first 4 sentinels in AQ40. I managed to pull them and the eradicator into the corner next to the first boss room and, at some point, they started evading. As soon as I moved out of the corner, they stopped evading and they lost all of their sharable buffs. That means that there was no healing and they were all able to be killed.
But if you want to farm them, it's still best to kill 3, loot, and reset.
